Bryllup Hotel Miramar Barcelona:
Bina Mari and Arve got married at Nostra Sra. del Rosario church in centric Barcelona. This couple, as many of our clients, came from Norway along with family and close friends. This was a classic example of our half-day wedding package. The venue chosen is one of our favorites in Barcelona for the quality of its service and the spectacular views over the city. The garden around the hotel is beautiful as there is green and flowers all over the place. We, at Fotografia Sitges, have a thing for trees. We think they are a great symbol for strong relationships, whether they are familiar or romantic.

The photoshoot

We love to use nature in our photoshoots as you will see in our numerous portfolios. The premise given to Bina Mari and Arve was, just be yourselves and enjoy each other as if we were not there. This is probably our preferred way of working when doing wedding photoshoots. It gives the couple space to get away from the crowd for a short time. They can be intimate and forget about altogether. This is when we think we can get the best shots. Natural, not posed, casual and candid images to relive in the years to come.
Fashion and trends can be exciting but, will these images last? Will they endure the passing of time? This is the reason we go after a classic style. It is of major importance to us that you are able to go back to this testimony for many years.

The venue

The reception and party were held at Hotel Miramar in the iconic mountain of Montjuic. Hotel Miramar is a fantastic location for wedding photographic sessions consequently known for its incomparable views over the mediterranean sea. Guests can even see the Sagrada Familia cathedral by Gaudí from the hotel’s terrace.
We have been back to Miramar a few times and we always recommend it to clients. Sure it is a drive from the center of the city where Nostra Sra. del Rosario PP.Dominicos is located, but Barcelona is always prepared and ready for you 🙂
